What a great meal prep by Chef Tammy and team! We’ve now done the 10 meal plan, and the 7 meal plan and we have enjoyed both! We order on Friday and have our lunches delivered to us at work by Monday, and have a delicious clean nutrient packed lunch for the rest of the week. The Mediterranean diet has been very flavorful in all of Chef Tammy’s dishes! Instructions and labels are clear. This is such a gift for people who don’t have the time to meal prep & cook for the week.

My husband and I had a great time at our cooking lesson with Tammy and Jose. We really enjoyed the small size of the class so we could meet and get to know the other students. Everything was pre-portioned so it was easy to follow the instructions and the food tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend this as a fun date night or a night out with your best friend(s).

My friend had open heart surgery and I ordered the '6 meals plus one free' for him and his wife. Staff was responsive and helpful. Food was ready on time and packaged well. The meals were healthy and tasty. Tammy Hayes even gave me her newest creation, a blue cornflower muffin to try. Very tasty!
I have enjoyed each of the meals I have ordered. They are easy to warm, tasty and nutritious. The staff is awesome to work with. I will placing another order on Friday. My favorite is the Ghee burger! The steak and Texican are delicious. The tomato basil sup is wonderful.

Love, love, love Tamfooderie Meals. Everything has been fresh & delicious and love you just have to pop them in the microwave for a couple of minutes. These meals have been a lifesaver since my husband had bypass surgery recently. Thank you Tammy
